Portal Sign-In Update — June 2026
Coming June 2026

A New Sign-In Experience for my.Harvard

One unified menu and sign-in button replaces the current sign-in page. All users — students, faculty, staff, and administrators — will use the same streamlined entry point.

Sign-In Experience: Unified Menu

In June 2026, users who navigate to my.Harvard will land on the public Course Search site and will have the unified sign-in menu available. This single menu and sign-in button replaces the current sign-in page.

The new sign-in experience presents a single sign-in menu that lets you authenticate with your Harvard Key to access Student, Teaching, Advising, Delegate, Harvard Chan, Admissions, and Admin modules.

One Place for All Your my.Harvard Needs

In June 2026, logged-in users will be able to access the my.Harvard modules they need, directly from the in-app top navigation. Visibility of each module is driven by role security. While Course Search, Student, and Delegate experiences will use the new my.Harvard, the Teaching, Advising, Harvard Chan, Admissions, and Admin will be directed to the existing sites.

Once signed in, the unified navigation bar gives you instant access to every module your role permits — no more juggling separate portals or bookmarks.
